The wide flood angle spreads light across a significantly larger target area than a standard 40-degree flood, making it ideal for illuminating broad-canopy trees, wide garden beds, large retaining walls, and expansive architectural facades where an even wash of light — rather than a defined central beam — is the design goal.

At 10W (50W halogen equivalent), the PAR36ECO-50-W-WF carries enough output to effectively illuminate features at 8–15 foot throw distances in wide flood mode. Use it when you want soft, even, glare-free illumination across a large area rather than the concentrated punch of a flood or spot beam angle.
