The Hunter HY100R 1″ 150-Mesh Filter with Stainless Steel Screen for Reclaimed Water (HY-100-R) is the OEM inline filter for Hunter drip and micro-irrigation systems deployed on reclaimed (non-potable) water supplies. The 150-mesh stainless steel screen is fine enough to catch particulate matter, rust fragments, and organic debris commonly found in reclaimed water, protecting downstream emitters, drip tubing, and solenoid valve diaphragms from premature clogging and failure.

Reclaimed water systems often carry higher levels of total dissolved solids, particulate matter, and biological material compared to potable water supplies, making adequate upstream filtration essential for reliable drip and micro-irrigation performance. The HY-100-R is specifically rated for reclaimed water service, with materials selected to resist the elevated chemical content often present in treated wastewater sources.
