We currently free ship to customers within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders placed with Luminaire Lighting are typically processed within 1-3 business days and transition within 3-5 business days. Please note that our processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping carrier based on:
- Package size and weight
- Delivery location

- Delivery timeframe requirements
Shipping Status
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that time frame.
We may ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to be fully processed, we will be in touch by email.
Address Requirements
When checking out, please double-check that the mailing address you enter is accurate and complete. We are not liable for any delays or delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Although we have taken precautions to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you have a problem with the delivery of your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and notify us at sales@fxluminairelighting.com.
Order Changes
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled without contacting us. If you wish to return a product, please refer to our Returns Policy for the procedure once you’ve received the item.
Item Not Received
If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered, please first contact the carrier to locate your package. If the issue persists, please contact us at sales@fxluminairelighting.com or (725) 280-4980.
