You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, unless the item falls under one of the non-returnable categories listed below.


Return Eligibility

Condition: The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Return Process

Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Approval: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

  • Contact us before sending any product back.
  • Items must be undamaged, unused, and in resellable condition.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
  • A valid reason for the return must be provided.

Fees:

  • Returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
  • Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
  • The customer pays return shipping.

Our return department will review your request carefully. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the outcome.

The following categories are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
Warranty coverage still applies to these items in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy.

  • Custom and quoted orders
  • High voltage products
  • Luxor ZD, ZDC products
  • Cora, XW, NP, LF, NP products
  • Transformers
  • Used or modified products
  • Opened items or those not in original packaging
  • Items returned past 14 days
  • Clearance or price-matched products
  • Non-Luminaire Lighting purchases

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

For the fastest turnaround, return your item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking, shipping, and processing fees.
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.


Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email [email protected] as soon as possible.

  • Orders that have already shipped must follow the return process.
  • Credit card processing fees apply to cancelled orders.
