  • Undamaged: The item should not be damaged or defective due to misuse.
  • Return Window: The return request must be within 14 days.
  • Resellable Condition: Products must be new and resellable.
  • Reason for Return: Provide a valid reason for the return.
  • Fees:
    • Returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee
    • Credit card processing fees are non-refundable
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method, minus the 30% restocking fee, original shipping costs, and credit card processing fees. Contact us if you have not received the refund after 15 business days.

Order Cancellations
